All its high-end furniture has been selected with your comfort in mind, the sofa opens out into a double sofa bed. A short walk away from Old Market and a 10 minute walk to Temple Meads station and Cabot Circus. The space This newly built property has been developed into 6 lovely apartments. Each apartment has been creatively designed, including a fully equipped kitchen, high end bathrooms and comfortable living areas. Apartment 3 has an open plan kitchen and living area with a 4 seater dining table and a comfortable sofa which opens out to a double sofa bed. The bedroom has a comfortable super king size bed, gorgeous hand painted built in wardrobes and a dressing table/desk. The bathroom is modern and has a waterfall shower. There is a utility cupboard which has a washing machine, washer dryer machine tablets, an iron and ironing board. We provide bedding, towels, a tea towel, hand towel and bath mat for your stay. Tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and cleaning supplies are included. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and can self check in Other things to note If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this when possible. Strictly no smoking within the property - additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Limited off street parking available on request for an additional fee, please get in touch to find out more. Parking on the roads outside of the property is pay and display/permits Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. It is free to park from 5pm-9am on week days and free to park on weekends. Gardiner Haskins (BS2 0HZ) has a 24 hour car park open to the public which is a 1 minute walk from the flat.
