Bus stop almost at the door, 350 meters from the condominium with bus lines to various destinations in Niterói and Rio. Guest access The guest has private access to the apartment. Air-conditioned concierge and security 24/7. Other things to note Average monthly ELECTRICITY consumption is 250KWh or 10KWh per day. The energy consumed within the standard is included in the daily rate. We count on the good sense of our guests. However, if consumption goes beyond the average, the difference will be charged additionally and outside the daily rate. The additional amount will be R$ 1.20 per KWh. Visitors are not allowed in the apartment without our authorization and pre-visit registration at the entrance, at our request. Under no circumstances may the visitor spend the night in the apartment. At check-in, the personal data of all guests (full name, RG, CPF) will be requested, as well as the vehicle data for presentation at the condominium entrance, in order to ensure your safety and that of the residents.
