Guest access The guest has private access to the apartment and can enjoy the common areas of the building, observing the schedules and rules established by the condominium and shared by email after booking. Visitors are not allowed in the apartment without our authorization and pre-visit registration at the entrance, at our request. Under no circumstances may the visitor spend the night in the apartment. At check-in, the personal data of all guests (full name, RG, CPF) will be requested, as well as the vehicle data for presentation at the condominium entrance, in order to ensure your safety and that of the residents.
