Freshly renovated two bedroom+ with a King and Queen beds. Easy access to all parts of Portland and the surrounding towns, colleges, and beaches. Please note that no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property or around this house due to the gardens. The space My 2-bedroom home is the left side of a duplex (I live on the right side): the bedrooms are on the second floor above the kitchen and small living area. There are king bed and a queen bed, one in each upstairs bedroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have AC units in the windows during the summer. Guest access Guests will have access to all that the house has to offer -- there is new, super-fast wifi! I don't offer TV, because most people use their computers, laptops, or phones for entertainment-devices. Please note that the back garden is now *off limits* due to guest misuse. Parking is on street. The kitchen is stocked with some spices, coffee markers, and utensils; it should be fairly easy to eat in if that's what you are hoping for! I have oils, vinegars, salts, sugar, etc. I offer a hair dryer and piles of extra large, soft towels for your convenience. Forgot your soap or shampoo? I have you covered and then some! Check out the goodies in the bathroom vanity to help make your stay more comfortable. Please feel free to water the plants so they don't die in the summer heat!
