The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, direct access to the expansive balcony that wraps around the entire property, and a convenient desk ideal for those who need to work during their stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has direct access to the balcony, allowing guests to enjoy natural light and pleasant views of the resort's lush green surroundings. This bedroom shares a full Jack & Jill bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower, with the second bedroom. The third bedroom is specially designed for groups or families, with a bunk bed that includes two full-size beds (one on top and one on the bottom), comfortably accommodating up to four people. The property has two full bathrooms: the main bathroom located between the master bedroom and the second bedroom, and a second full bathroom with a bathtub located in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped for short or long stays, complemented by a cozy living room with a sofa bed for two, a spacious dining area, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer for free use. Designed for large groups, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. You will not be able to open the private closet that is locked in the hallway on the second floor. If you open it without authorization, you will have to pay a fine of USD 500. 6. No parties or events. 7. No smoking 8. Drugs allowed. Do not obstruct the camera's view. If you obstruct the view, you will pay a fine of USD 500. 9. If you smoke inside the property, whether cigarettes, marijuana or any drug not allowed and/or legalized, you will have to pay a fine of $1,000 USD. 10. DO NOT remove makeup with facial towels.
