This log cabin is perfect for a private getaway surrounded by natures preserved beauty. The space This private and accesible lovely cabin offer: 2 bedrooms; 1 queen bed in one bedroom, 2 beds in the second room and a sofa bed in the living room ; also fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy the spa while you cook, an outside historic brick chimney in the porch .An old small square to sit and observe a perfect night full of stars, birds singing , our coqui and bird watching. Our real flora and fauna in this enchanted forest. Guest access Cabin , porch, plazoleta and more. climatize jacuzzi ,hammocks and table games. Enjoy a morning walk in the forest ,visit rivers , trails, caves and waterfalls nearby. Depending of the day you can ask the forest manager for more information about the places you can visit depending the season or weather conditions. Other things to note I always ask all guest to care for this property as their own. Children MUST be supervised at all times. WIFI is satellite -the only service in the forest. Rio Abajo Forest is a forested preserve in Puerto Rico owned by the Department of Natural Resources. It consists mostly of subtropical . It is home to plant and wildlife species like our "coqui" , endangered species such as the Puerto Rican broad-winged hawk (Buteo platypterus brunnescens), the Puerto Rican boa (Chilabothrus inornatus), and a captive population of critically endangered Puerto Rican parrots (Amazona vittata). Captive parrots are slowly being released into Rio Abajo in an attempt to form a second population. Fauna living in this Forest, their Habitat, DO NOT represent any threat or danger. this is a NATURAL RESERVED PROTECTED FOREST. one of the SubTropical Forest in the Island. BE KIND AND ENJOY!!!
