This delightful unit features a separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with small dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. This versatile sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for guests. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a microwave, electric kettle and fridge/freezer. It has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Steet noise in the area isn't uncommon especially being walking distance from the train station, The bedroom is tastefully furnished, with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space (heating/air conditioning unit availability may vary according to the season). For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, allowing access to enjoy your own streaming channels by using your individual credentials. Please note that: 1) For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not provide shower gel, shampoo, or other personal toiletries, as some guests may have allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients. We kindly recommend bringing your preferred products with you. 2) In monthly rentals, utilities are not included in the monthly rent and run for $300 per month. The utilities fee should be paid via airbnb directly to the host during check-in. Other things to note Please take note of the following details before booking: 1. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi are not included in monthly rentals and will cost $300 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $350 per month). The payment should be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center on a monthly basis (we will send payment request). 2. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. 3. Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $75 will be charged for arrivals after 9 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. 4. No Pets allowed! 5. This apartment is in a lively Chicago neighborhood and located within walking distance of the Blue Line station. City sounds and train noise are part of the experience. Light sleepers should bring or request complimentary earplugs, which we are happy to provide. 6. For guest convenience, we now provide basic shampoo and shower gel. However, since some travelers may have allergies or sensitivities, we recommend bringing your own preferred products. Hand & Dish soap, and paper goods are always provided. 7. Fresh linens and towels are provided for every stay, with extra sets available in the apartment. Guests may request additional towels anytime during their stay. 8. Apt located one flight up and there is no elevator. 9. There is Queen Bed in the bedroom and pull-out sofa bed in th delving room 10. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. 11. Please note that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay. 12. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can arrange it for an additional fee. 13. Check-out time is before 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. 14. **Guest Check-In Requirement:** For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This helps us ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation! 15. The water system has been serviced and provides steady hot water. For the best shower experience, turn the hot water knob fully on and the cold water knob slightly, about ¼ turn. Our maintenance team checks water pressure and temperature regularly. 16.
