Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to 2 floors of the house — main and upper — featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large private patio facing the backyard. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, a full bathroom, living and entertainment room, and laundry area (washer, dryer, detergent and first aid kit). The second floor features a full bathroom and three bedrooms, where the bedroom 1 has its own balcony, facing the mountains. You also have access to the backyard. There is a trampoline that guests are welcome to enjoy! Please use it responsibly and at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Please note: As required by local bylaws, we (hosts) live on the property in the private garden suite located on the bottom level of the house. Our garden suite is fully self-contained, has its own private entrance and does not share any interior space with your rental. We try to stay out of sight, but you may see us doing some gardening or barbequing in the warmer months. Other things to note There are no blinds for the triangular window — please bring an eye cover/mask if you/guest(s) are sensitive to light! The AC is only in the Master Bedroom. We selected it as an amenity for that particular room, but it shows up as an overall amenity for whatever reason. Worth noting, the house is equipped with central heating, which efficiently circulates the air throughout the house. We also provide fans.
