"Blue Mountain Retreat" is steps away from the large neighborhood pool, gym, putting greens, bocce and shuffleboard courts. Just outside the gates are several fabulous restaurants. With so much to do within walking or biking distance, you can leave your cars behind and enjoy the beach life. The space "Blue Mountain Retreat" is a spacious open floor concept home that is perfect for families. Stay connected in the great room downstairs which blends kitchen, living room and dining room in one large open space. Relax and watch the large flat screen TV above the fireplace. Get cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy your meals at the freestanding bar or the dining room table. Or take your meals outside on the screened porch complete with outdoor dining arrangements and a large banquet table for picnic setup. Just down the hall is the master bedroom with an attached master bathroom and walk-in closet. Around the corner is a half-bath as well as a separate laundry room. Upstairs is another central living area with a couch and TV. To one side is a bedroom with two twin beds and a wardrobe. To the other side is another bedroom with a queen bed, couch, and desk. The upstairs bathroom is between the two bedrooms, just off the central living area. A Pack n Play is provided for your tots:) Park in the garage or in the large parking area in front of the house. Inside the garage are 4 bikes, backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and cooler. Guests must be 25 to rent the property. IMPORTANT NOTES: -Trash pick up is Monday and Thursday. If trash is full, please take garbage can to curb the night before pick up. Guest access The Blue Mountain beach access is less than 0.5 miles from the home and has lifeguards on duty daily and bathrooms onsite.
