Welcome to the Surf Haven Condo- a condo that sleeps up to 6, located just 1 min from the beach! Part of the GulfPlace shopping center of 30A, the condo sits above restaurants & shops, offering plenty of dining options just 2 floors down. Master bedroom allows for privacy for 2, while open concept bunk room makes for the perfect space for up kids to hang after a day at the beach. Equipped with skim boards, beach chairs & and umbrella, the Surf Haven condo is the perfect family getaway space Guest access Surf Haven guests will have access to: (2) Private beach accesses, available only for Gulfplace owners and guests. (3) Pools, all located walking distance from condo and heated through the winter. (1) Hot tub -Private access to our own newly renovated pickleball and tennis courts. -Games courtyard -(2) Ice cream and candy shops downstairs -Coffee and pastry shop downstairs -A variety of restaurants including Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Shelby’s Beach Bar and Grill, Pizza by The Sea and the Perfect Pig, as well as Amore Coffee which serves sandwiches and breakfast items, all located right downstairs. -Public beach access to the Ed Walline Regional Beach access point (located just 1min walk from the condo!) -(4) Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and skim boards are included for guest use in the condo. -Surf Shops, Alvin’s Island, the Artist market pavillion located in the middle of GulfPlace and 30A Market (a convenience store that’s coming soon!) -Access to private rental companies for beach chair and umbrella set up for guests that would like to have that planned in advance. -Close distance to Destin (only 15min drive) as well as Greyton, Seaside and the beautiful stretch of 30A beaches. Other things to note Wifi is included but please note that refunds will not be given due to internet connectivity issues. We advise guests working remotely to bring their own pocket wifi to use in the event connectivity issues do arise or an internet outage occurs.
