Boaters Paradise. Bring the entire family to this 6-bedroom palace on a canal with a 10K boat lift and an additional sofa in the loft area for up to 13 guests. It is surrounded by a flowering landscape and large palm trees, has a heated pool, and is on a quiet cul-de-sac. This slice of paradise is located in the Yacht Club district, within walking distance of their public access beach! Bring your boat or rent one, and you are a short drive to Fort Myers, Sanibel, or Captiva!! The space You will have access to the entire two story home and garage (one space in garage and 4 in driveway). There is minimal street parking! This home has 6 bedrooms 3 king size beds and 3 queen beds, and couches if needed. Guest access You can access the entire home, pool, and boat dock with a 10K boat lift. You will not have access to the jet skis. The home has hurricane blinds on the lanai, and you can adjust them by contacting us or use the think white remote in the kitchen. We ask that you not use the hot tub because it is confusing for guest to switch back and forth from pool to hot tub. Other things to note The entry door code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Trailering in the City of Cape Coral is prohibited. Having a trailer on the grass or in the street is not allowed. If you want to have a trailer at the property there are places to do so. Horton Park boat ramp is about 6 miles away (15 minutes), Rosen Park Boat Ramp is 8.8 miles away (20 minutes). Based on a quick search both have a $15.00 daily trailering parking fee. Storing them in the driveway for an extended period of time is also prohibited. We provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic toiletries to get you settled in. We do keep extra basic items on hand in most cases (for example, light bulbs). If you can’t locate what you need, just let us know. If anything minor comes up during your stay (for example, a light bulb or similar small item), feel free to replace it and we’ll gladly reimburse you with a receipt. Otherwise, just let us know and we’ll get it handled — typical turnaround is 48–72 hours for minor items. We appreciate you treating the home like your own and keeping us informed if anything is needed.
