We know you’ll love our stylish studio, just 5 minutes from Newcastle’s best beaches. Only 30 minutes from the airport, with a bus at your door, free parking, and a private, secure courtyard. Enjoy the local bowling club 3 minutes away or tee off at Merewether Golf Club across the road. Hunter Vineyards are just an hour away. This peaceful retreat is located below our residence. Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 10am. Due to medical reasons, no pets or service animals allowed. The space Our beautiful studio is totally separate from our residence. You have a lovely private courtyard where you can cook yourself a bbq and enjoy the peace and quiet. We just ask you clean the bbq after use. With free street parking available to accommodate those travelling with a car. Please respect we are strictly a non smoking property. Guest access Access is via a lock box with a private courtyard and your own private studio. Enter gate by opening the lockbox and pull the cord; continue into the courtyard to security screen. Other things to note Please note that due to medical reasons, we regret that we cannot accommodate guests with assistance animals. Please respect out property by cleaning the bbq after use, empty bins on exit and refrain from smoking. 10pm noise curfew as we are in a residential area. Thank you Registration Details Exempt
