Third Bedroom: A cozy room with a bunk bed, two twin-size mattresses (sleeps 2), and a private ensuite bathroom. The main and second bedrooms share a large, separate bathroom. Another Airbnb unit is located upstairs, and both apartments share the main entrance and garage. Tropical Environment: Our home features a large backyard. In Costa Rica’s tropical climate, it's normal to occasionally see small ants or mosquitoes inside. We do our best to keep them under control, but a 100% bug-free environment is impossible to guarantee. Please note that sugar ants are common and do not indicate a lack of cleanliness. No refunds will be issued due to the presence of insects. Cooling: The apartment stays bright and airy, featuring both a ceiling fan and floor fans for your comfort. Please note there is no air conditioning, but the area’s mild climate and great airflow keep the space pleasant. Utilities: On rare occasions, external issues beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions to power, internet, or cable TV service. While not common, this can happen. Refunds will not be issued for these temporary service interruptions. Arrival & Directions: Addresses in Costa Rica can be tricky. We will provide the exact location name to type into Waze or Google Maps, which will take you directly to the property. Please read the check-in instructions carefully before arrival.
