Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a futon for one guest. • Main bedroom: King-size bed, work desk, and walk-in closet. • Second bedroom: Bunk bed with two full-size mattresses (sleeps 4). • Third bedroom: Bunk bed with two twin-size mattresses (sleeps 2) and ensuite bathroom. The other two rooms share a large bathroom. In total, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials, plus coffee and tea for your stay. The property is divided into two Airbnb apartments (this one on the ground floor and another upstairs). Both share the main entrance and garage. A neighboring house shares the backyard amenities, including the pool, sauna, BBQ area, ping pong table, and lounge space — perfect for relaxing or socializing. Other things to note 📝 Things to Note • 🐜 Tropical Environment: The house has a large backyard, so you may occasionally see mosquitoes or small ants inside. We do our best to keep them under control, but it’s impossible to guarantee a 100% bug-free environment in Costa Rica’s tropical climate. This is a normal part of being in this region. Please know that sugar ants do not mean the home isn’t clean — even a small crumb can attract them. No refunds will be issued due to the presence of insects. • 🤝 Shared Spaces: The pool, garden, BBQ, sauna, and lounge area are shared with another Airbnb unit and a neighboring house. You might occasionally hear people talking or enjoying their stay — most guests are on vacation. Please be respectful and follow quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). • 💨 Cooling: The apartment stays bright and airy, featuring both a ceiling fan and some floor fans for your comfort. Please note there is no air conditioning, but the area’s mild climate and great airflow keep the space pleasant throughout the year. • ⚡ Utilities: On rare occasions, power, internet, or cable TV service may be interrupted due to external issues beyond our control. This is not common, but it can happen. Refunds will not be issued for these temporary interruptions. • 📍 Arrival & Directions: Addresses in Costa Rica can be tricky. We will provide the exact location name to type into Waze or Google Maps, which will take you directly to the property. Please read the check-in instructions carefully before arrival.
