The floor was made of white porcelain and the kitchen and bathroom countertops in a special black granite, hand-picked. It is very well ventilated, morning sun, and has a nice Balcony in the Living Room overlooking Christ the Redeemer and Tijuca Forest = It doesn't get any better! The apartment comfortably accommodates six people, two in a queen size double bed in the Master Suite, two in a double bed in the Double Suite, and two more on the two sofas in the Living Room. We provide Bed, Table and Bath Linen - 01 set of sheets per bed and 01 set of towels per guest, per stay. In addition, you can (and should) make coffee, snacks or dinner in the apartment's wonderful kitchen. ★ About the Building: The building is located in a hidden little street in Leblon, cozy and very quiet. In 10 minutes you can walk to Leblon Beach, or the best juice house in Rio de Janeiro, BB Lunch, or Dias Ferreira, where some of the trendiest restaurants and bars in the city are located. There are two supermarkets nearby as well, one specializing in fine products and the other in vegetables and healthy foods. It's a great place to walk or run, and there are a lot of things to do around there, including taking a walk around Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. The building is familiar and people are polite and quiet. 24-hour doorman, security cameras, 2 elevators and bicycle rack. The building's Playground is freely accessible. For a fee, the Playground can be used for parties and social gatherings. ★ About Garage Space and Parking Option: We have an optional Parking Space, upon prior reservation, at a separate cost of R$ 50.00 per day. The rental fee for the Parking Space does not cover any claims. It is the responsibility of the guest who rents the space for any damage caused to their car or that of third parties. There's easy parking on the street. ★ About Public Transportation: Five minutes from the apartment there is a bus stop for the entire Cidade Maravilhosa, as well as a subway bus stop (integration with the subway). And it's easy to get a taxi. Have fun! Guest access The neighbourhood is very residential and safe. A short walk to the beach and some of Rio's best restaurants and night life. Other things to note 🟥 ★ ★ Other Observations ★★ (Part of the House Rules) ★ Kitchen — If you want to cook, you will have access to dishes, pots, cutlery and basic supplies such as oil, salt and pepper that are available on the kitchen counter. ★ Filtered Water — There is a Cuno filter on the right side of the draining cabinet in the Kitchen. To open, rotate the top. The candle is changed regularly. The water in the sink is not potable. ★ Rent for 1 guest or couple — If rented to one person or a couple, the entire apartment is available, except for one Suite with its respective Bathroom. ★ Household and Gas Appliances — If any problem occurs with any of these appliances, the repair may take a few days, as we do not have a maintenance service in the building. ★ Air Conditioning — There is a Split-System Air Conditioner in the 2 Suites. Please keep the door and window closed whenever the air is running and do not use it to cool the room (the air is not sized for this purpose). ★ Air Conditioning — IMPORTANT: Turn off the air conditioner circuit breakers in the light box, which is in the Entrance Hall, when leaving the house. ★ Hygiene Supplies — We provide shampoo, liquid soap for the sink, and toilet paper. If you forgot to bring a pad, conditioner, a sarong or anything else, we have a First Aid Kit. We can see if there's anything that can help you. ★ Bathrooms — The Master Double Suite Bathroom is integrated with the bedroom and has no door. The Double Suite and the Toilet have a door. The bathrooms are separated by frosted glass. And if they are used at the same time, you can see the silhouette of the person in the other Suite's shower. ATTENTION: The Master Suite shower is more difficult to regulate the hot water temperature. Use the shower in the Double Suite, preferably. ★ Beach Tent — We provide the guest with 01 beach tent and 02 sarongs to use when going to the beach. ★ Bicycle — In case you bring your bicycle, it must be stored in the building's Bicycle Rack, with its own padlock. Never inside the apartment so as not to damage the wall or porcelain floor. ★ Breakfast: Coffee (coffee powder to be made in the coffee maker); sliced bread or brioche or French bread or cream cracker or similar; sugar, sweetener, powdered milk and butter. ★ Guests — Each extra guest or guest, when authorized, has a daily cost provided for in the listing from R$150.00 plus Airbnb fees. Even if it's not for the night, it's just for "Day Use". ★ Electricity — Electricity will only be charged separately if it exceeds the daily quota of 08 kWh. A security deposit of R$20.00 per day will be charged, in cash, in addition to the amount of the contracted rent. ★ Extra Cleaning — If you want extra cleaning, please let me know. The trash disposed of in the bins of the External Hall and the dishes washed.
