Newly renovated luxury farmhouse with views

The Grieves Farmhouse on Banchory Farm has recently been completely renovated with you in mind, ensuring every detail has been thought of to provide the best guest experience. It's situated in a beautiful & peaceful rural setting just 40 minutes north of Edinburgh in Fife. The large farmhouse with private garden enjoys a beautiful rural outlook and is not far from the ocean. For those who love to explore, it’s ideally located to explore all that Fife has to offer. The space The Grieves is full of charm and has been stylishly furnished to ensure maximum comfort. Two bedrooms include King sized beds and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The Farmhose is semi-detached and is completely separate and private and has been recently renovated to include all the modern luxuries of staying in a hotel. We provide complimentary, tea, local artisan coffee, hot chocolate, marshmallows, bread, milk and eggs on arrival. We can store bikes next door, please just ask for a key. We will also provide a travel cot and high chair for a small charge. Opt for an early check-in from 2:30pm (instead of 4pm) for £15 - please message us to organise. We provide a basket of wood for the first night but extra bags can be ordered directly with us for £15 a bag. Travel cots and high chairs can be requested at time of booking for £15. Please note we welcome one pet per booking and we charge £45 extra to cover the additional cleaning costs. Please also contact me first to request. We do have strict rules that pets are not allowed upstairs or on any of the upholstery. Everything is brand new and we want to keep it that way for as long as possible. If we find guests aren’t following the rules there will be additional fees. Holiday Let Licence: FI-00433-F Guest access Guests can access the Grieves by driving down a Gravel Road and parking in front of the kitchen window where they see the black lock box which includes the key. The code will be provided three days before check-in along with detailed instructions on how to find the farmhouse. Other things to note Enjoy your stay in a beautiful rural setting but please do take care as it is a working farm where you will see large machinery from time to time. Please note it is £45per pet. This helps cover all additional cleaning costs. If you require extra wood there is a charge of £15 per delivery. Or you can buy wood from your local supermarket.
