The space This cute Casita is located on a 1/2 acre property, with free parking included. You can’t miss the black & white house, with the big black gable entry & the black roof! The 2 car garage door is black too. Super Great neighborhood + great neighbors Extra security with Vivint & monitored 24/7 security for your safety Very safe surroundings + a great group of neighbors. We ALWAYS keep an eye out for each other & all who come and go from our street. Trust that yourself, your roommate and your vehicle will be safe at home here. Guest access You will have access your parking space your own casita + the corridor leading to your room. There is seating you can enjoy the the corridor too. There is a sitting area in the front, in the entrance to the corridor to the casitas. ( working on a backyard patio for our guests ;) We are a little ( a lot actually ) under construction in the backyard, therefore, there is a gate. However, you are welcome to enjoy the grass if you wish:) We are planning on building a shared (with the other casita) patio for you to enjoy very soon:) ( hopefully, sooner than later ) Other things to note Please do not smoke inside the casita, thank you ☺️ (Per Airbnb) There is a 500 dollar fine (because it hard to get the smell out after) Please be aware of my neighbors, they are all spectacular people.
