The space Nestled on a spacious lot, our ADU is surrounded by a beautiful garden, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. You'll have your own private entrance through the side gate and back door, ensuring a seamless and private experience. Feel free to fire up the outdoor grill for a relaxing BBQ or simply unwind in the serene garden space. The lush surroundings provide a peaceful retreat, making it easy to escape the hustle and bustle while still being just a short walk from downtown Danville. Come enjoy this perfect blend of comfort and tranquility! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire ADU, including your private room, kitchen, and bathroom. You can also enjoy the entire backyard, perfect for relaxing in the beautiful garden or unwinding after a day of exploring. (NOTE: To access the private bathroom, guests will need to walk through the laundry room. Please note that the laundry area is shared with the owner.) The entrance to the ADU is through the side gate on the left side of the house, ensuring your privacy as you come and go. Make yourself at home and take advantage of all the space has to offer!
