Enjoy a cozy, quiet rest all while being close to shopping, restaurants, and the Hutchinson Hospital! Just located off of K61 and 30th Ave, you can quickly travel to the rest of Hutchinson with ease. We are delighted to share our home with visiting guests! We look forward in hosting you on your stay with us here in Hutchinson. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, WiFi, TV with Roku, closet, dresser, desk, and mini fridge. The guest bathroom is separate from the bedroom. Located down the hall, it's a shower/tub combination. Towels and hair dryer are located in the dresser in the guest room. We provide some light breakfast snacks with a Keurig right in your room! All on one floor, no steps. Guests can park off the street or on the driveway on the right side. Guests are welcome to use the hallway bathroom, living room and kitchen. We also have a fairly good sized back yard available for you to hang out in with a fire pit. Before inviting anyone else over, we would like you to ask permission. If you want to use the fire pit, please let us know and we'll help you get it set up! We live in the home, but the room and bathroom are private to our guests. You will see us occasionally in the house but we keep to ourselves. Feel free to come and go as you like. If you have any questions while you are here please ask! We live in a safe, quiet neighborhood near most of the town's restaurants and shopping stores. Hutchinson isn't too big and everything in town is at max a 15 minute drive from our home. A couple blocks away are a few trails that are nice to run/walk on. The Dillon Nature Center is a beautiful area about a 5 minute drive away. If you are traveling through on K61 HWY this is just about a half mile off of the HWY, but if you are traveling on HWY 50 it is about a 15 minute drive North. This is your typical Kansas town so a car is the best way to get around. There is the RCAT bus system, but I believe their services are very limited. Taxicabs also available on a limited bases. We have two cats, Pecan and Waffle. The cats are pretty friendly and may come up to you for pets. If you have any concerns about our pets prior to staying, please let me know!
