Guest access Upon arrival, guests must check in at the resort's main gate, where they will be required to present identification and reservation details. The guard will provide a printed pass that can be used to enter and exit the resort throughout their stay. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for easy access. The guests will receive an access code 24 hours before their arrival to access the unit. Guests will have full access to the condo and all the amazing amenities at Windsor Hills Resort, including the heated pool, water park, gym, and free parking. Additionally, guests can enjoy the arcade, outdoor playgrounds for kids, a mini-golf course, tennis courts, and basketball courts. All resort amenities available to guests at no extra cost Other things to note Other things to note: Guests are responsible for placing their trash in the designated bench-mate located outside the front door. Please note that Windsor Hills Resort has strict policies to ensure a clean and pleasant environment. Trash collection is managed daily after 7:00 AM, except on Wednesdays and National Holidays. Luckily, there is a convenient dumpster located right in front of the building for any excess trash or for use on non-collection days. To comply with the resort's policies, please follow these guidelines: • All trash must be bagged in 13-gallon trash bags. Loose or unbagged trash will not be collected. • Do not place trash bags on top of or beside the dumpster; they must be securely placed inside. • Do not pour liquids into trash bags. All liquids should be disposed of in the kitchen sink. • Excess trash or large items that do not fit inside the provided bench trash bin should be taken directly to the dumpster. Trash bins outside your unit will not be emptied if the lid is not properly closed. Please avoid leaving food or trash outside, as it may attract critters and create an unpleasant experience for everyone. Your cooperation helps us maintain the beauty and cleanliness of Windsor Hills Resort. Thank you for being mindful during your stay! Safety: We have one actively recoding camera overlooking the front door entry which records video and audio. Late checkout: There will be an additional fee of $100 per any portion of the first hour and additional $150 for any portion of the 2nd hour past checkout time that the guest stays past checkout time. We appreciate adherence to the house rules. If there is an excessive amount of garbage, dishes, damage or dirtiness that requires additional cleaning upon checkout an additional fee if $100-$200 (fee will be determined by cleaners) will be assessed. Also, damage to any property or household items are damaged an additional fee will be assessed to replace said items
