Natus Ex Spiritu

This tiny home Houseboat is the perfect getaway for a couple looking to spend some memorable time together. Situated just 25 minutes from BNA, the Natus Ex Spiritu is completely unique, and crafted for a relaxing stay on the water, with a nearby restuarant a walk away. Our houseboat is equipped with a double bed, transformable into a booth-style oak table, on demand hot shower with acacia wood floor, air conditioning, a propane burner stove and all the kitchen essentials for a meal for two. The space This is a Tiny home, so expect things to be multi-functioning. It also stays docked for the entirety of our Guest's stays. For a fee of 33 dollars, we can have your pick of flowers delivered, and layed out in the manner you choose. Water will need to be turned on and turned off when arriving and leaving. It's just like an RV hookup, just follow the hose connected to the side of the boat to the spigot. For winter stays: if you are staying in below freezing temperatures, the Marina will often shut off water for the duration of the freeze (which is usually for the evening until things warm back up the next morning). Please plan accordingly if you will need to shower or use the sink. The toilet has it's own reservoir, so that will always be available for use. In the situation that water is shut off, we do provide fresh drinking water. Guest access For winter stays during below freezing temperatures, the marina will shut the water off. It is absolutely essential and the Guest's responsibility to keep the water shut off and unhooked during the freezing weather. Damages taken place during your stay due to negligence to read the instructions will be charged to the guests. Water will get turned back on as soon as the temperature stays above 32 for more than 2 hours. This does not hinder use of the onboard rv toilet, and gallon jugs of water will be provided.
