Charming, brand new, and fully renovated apartment, designed with our guests' comfort in mind Located in the sought-after Sant Martí district, the apartment is situated in one of the most desirable areas of Barcelona. Public transportation is easily accessible, with both the metro and bus stops just a short walk away. The train station is also nearby, making it easy to explore towns on the outskirts of the city The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed internet The space The apartment is located on the third floor and has an elevator, providing extra comfort for guests. It has 2 bedrooms: One double bedroom with a double bed. One single bedroom with a single bed. Both rooms are fully equipped, with large wardrobes for storing clothes and personal items. Additionally, they have powerful ceiling fans, are bright, and offer a very comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking and long stays. It is an open kitchen connected to the living room, making it both functional and practical. The living-dining room is spacious and airy, with large windows that fill the space with natural light. The living area, which includes a large TV, is separate from the dining area, which has an elegant round table and chairs. It is the perfect place for meals as well as working from home. The bathroom is brand new, featuring a spacious shower with a screen, a vanity with drawers, and ample storage space for guests' belongings. Utility costs: As the apartment is rented for stays of one month or longer, utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are not included in the rent. They will be charged based on consumption. A deposit of €8 per day will be charged before arrival and adjusted at the end of the stay with the utility bills. This apartment is perfect for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Barcelona, ideal for both study and work purposes. Apartment Rules: We do not accept guests planning to celebrate bachelor parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Parties, events, and noisy behavior at night are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and the forfeiture of the deposit. Our goal is to ensure quality tourism and offer an exceptional experience for all our guests. Guest access The apartment is located in a residential building with an elevator, providing added convenience for our guests. Additionally, we use a smart lock system to ensure your safety and peace of mind. The doors can be easily opened using your mobile phone, with a fully secure and personalized system. Other things to note Included services: The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more. WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD. The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person). Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount). DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
