Private HOA white sand beach a 5 minute walk from the house, turquoise water, close proximity to hiking, biking & off road trails. The space Bdr 1 - Master - king bed, en suite bathroom with steam shower, large walk-in closet, attached office Bdr 2 - Jr Master- queen bed, en suite bathroom with shower, large walk-in closet Bdr 3 - queen bed, en suite bathroom with tub/shower Bdr 4 - 3 twin beds (1 bunk + 1 twin), en suite bathroom with shower Bdr 5 - 4 twin beds (2 bunks), en suite bathroom with shower + 2 sinks Bdr 6 - queen bed + twin trundle, part of main house but also has a separate exterior access door. We have 1-2 locked closets for our own personal storage. Other things to note This is our family’s vacation home, not a year round rental property. It is a lovely community neighborhood with many families who have been coming for generations. We have been coming to Tahoe, and Rubicon Bay specifically, for decades and know the area very well - feel free to ask us anything! Rubicon has one of the best beaches in Tahoe with white sand (accessible only via private HOA, included with rental) and turquoise water to enjoy in the summer. It is 10-15 minutes from Homewood for the closest skiing in the winter and you can access the backside of Alpine-Palisades (Sherwood lift) in 20-30 mins. Year-round amazing hiking, biking and off-road ATV trails within walking or short driving distance. 10 minute drive to Emerald Bay and D.L. Bliss and Sugarpine Point state parks. 25 minutes to Tahoe City (north) and 25 mins to South Lake (south). Long Term Rentals Only Please!
