Welcome. Other things to note Important notes The house is located in downtown Puerto Escondido, in a private residential area. As a downtown neighborhood, the entire route is paved, but since it's a small town, there are still vacant lots around. There is no car noise because it's a private area, but there is some noise from some neighbors' pets. In this area, there is no quiet time like in other neighborhoods, so you can enjoy music at the property, and family gatherings are allowed because the area permits it without being noisy. Puerto Escondido is a quiet place, but we recommend parking vehicles in our enclosed garage. Puerto Escondido is a coastal destination with the infrastructure of a small city. During peak tourist seasons, there may sometimes be temporary fluctuations in electricity or internet services, so we have contracted the internet service that works best in the area. This is something that can happen throughout the area and is not directly dependent on the accommodation, as it is a general situation of the destination.
