We will be asking for an electronic copy of the IDs via message of all adult guests when the booking is confirmed so we can forward to their reception in order to get full building clearance during your stay. ** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance).
