Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May. - Events and Parties Prohibited Per local HOA guidelines and restrictions, this property is not available for events and/or parties (i.e., weddings, reunions). Unauthorized events/parties may result in fines or fees by the HOA and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. Non-compliance may additionally result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
