The space 🏡 Welcome to Beachside Bliss, a stunning coastal retreat that offers the best of comfort and style! BEDROOMS 🛏️ This home offers five well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with relaxation in mind: - Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bath, upstairs. - Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite bath, upstairs. - Bedroom 3: 2 sets of Bunk beds. First is Twin over Queen. Second is Twin over Twin. ensuite bath, upstairs. - Bedroom 4: King bed, ensuite bath, upstairs. - Bedroom 5: King bed, adjacent bath, main level. KITCHEN 👨🏻‍🍳 The chef’s kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring: - Quartz countertops. - Premium stainless steel appliances. - Two dishwashers for convenience. - Ice maker to keep your coolers stocked. - A spacious island, perfect for preparing meals or gathering with family and friends. LIVING SPACE 🛋️ The open-concept living area is a central hub of the home, offering: - Ample natural light streaming through large windows. - Plush, comfortable seating for the entire group. - Elegant coastal décor that creates a relaxing atmosphere. OUTDOOR LIVING 🏊🏻 Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, complete with: - A private pool. - A cozy fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings surrounded by lush landscaping. - A patio dining area and BBQ grill, ideal for al fresco meals. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - A laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience, especially for longer stays. - High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs. Guest access Guests will have: - Keyless Entry: Enjoy a hassle-free check-in and check-out experience with secure, contactless access. - Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles, including golf carts. - Dedicated Beach Access: A peaceful shoreline is just a 4-minute walk from the property. Other things to note Redecorating & Improvements: In January and February we are redecorating and improving the property. The professional photos show the picture before it was redecorated. once the redecoration and improvements are complete we'll have new pictures taken. For now, you have the pictures taken on my cell phone. :) Pet Policy We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets for a non-refundable fee of $200. - Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times. - Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets (for example, stained or heavily soiled bedding, chewed furniture, or pillows ruined with hair/slobber) will be billed to the guest. - Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture unless they are covered with your own protective blankets. - Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless properly kenneled. We want your pets to enjoy the stay as much as you do, while keeping the home comfortable and clean for all future guests. Pool Heating: Pool heating is anticipated to be available starting March 2025. For an additional $40 per night, we can have the pool heated for your stay. Please note: - Pool heating must be selected for the entire duration of your visit; partial heating is not available. - The heater can raise the water temperature to approximately 20°F above ambient temperatures but will automatically shut off if outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. - Please review the weather forecast and let us know at least 24 hours before arrival if you’d like the pool heated, so we can ensure it’s ready for your stay. - We charge a separate fee for pool heating to keep our nightly rate as low as possible, giving you the option to choose this additional service. Towels Provided: We supply bath towels and pool towels for your convenience. Please do not bring bath towels for use at the shoreline. Golf Carts: Laguna Beach is a golf cart-friendly community, and golf carts are an excellent way to explore the area and access nearby attractions. For rentals, contact: Outlaw Rentals PCB West.
