Take the trail to the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River at the back of the property with the perfect riverbank beach. Located 20 minutes from Snoqualmie Pass for a perfect place to relax at after skiing. Enjoy the views on the wrap around porch as you cozy up next to the fireplaces The space The entire Guest House is available through Airbnb! Comfortably sleeps 6 including a bedroom suite with a Queen Bed, a second bedroom which is a loft an adjustable King and twin bunk beds. A spacious open area with a well stocked kitchen &family room with an indoor / outdoor gas fireplace. Besides the fireplace, the wrap around deck also has a propane grill. You can also build enjoy the firepit with plenty of wood (and starter brick) An oversized garage that can even fit a mobile home. There is a modern playset and trampoline that you can use at your own risk. The river is a short walk out the back get that is great for fishing or swimming (again at your own risk). Guest access The entire Guest House is available through Airbnb! Other things to note Skiing is only 20 minutes away at Snoqualmie Summit (Aplental is the most challenging of the slopes). Crystal Mountain & Stevens are less than 90 minutes away. Golfing iat Mt. Si Golf Course is about 10 minutes from the property. A large selection of shops are accessible at the North Bend Outlets only 5 minutes away. The charming North Bend downtown is also only 5 minutes by car and 20 minute walk. Hiking and biking trail are minutes away as well (Mt Si and Rattlesnake Ridge are a must for avid hikers).
