Welcome to our apartment located on the 24th floor of Marenas Resort (950 sq), with private beach access and the best amenities. A unique beach view and a dreamy nighttime panoramic view of the bay. We have a full kitchen (complete dishes), coffee maker, dishwasher, washer-dryer, modern living room with sofa bed, toilet; en-suite bedroom. RESORT FEES PAYABLE AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK PER NIGHT $49.55 (Beach service, wifi, gym) - $35 valet parking (if you have a car) The space A hotel apartment with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The apartment has a bedroom en suite (full bathroom) - King size bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that, when opened, is the size of a queen-size bed. We have a safe. Aparthotel system, only paying for cleaning at the end of the stay. If requested, we'll put you in touch with the housekeeping people. Guest access The hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, beach with bar service, towels, sun loungers and umbrellas. To check in you must be 21 or older. Other things to note The cleaning of the room is only done once the check out has been completed. During the stay there is no cleaning service. If you want to request a change of towels, the value is $20 per time. Samples (1 unit) of bath soap, shampoo, and cream are left in the unit at the guest's disposal, but will not be replenished afterwards.
