Relax and enjoy in our recently renovated and insulated cottage, ideally located close to Amsterdam and Haarlem, and in the vicinity of Zandvoort and Schiphol. The space Our beautiful cottage is located in a cozy park, ideally located between Amsterdam and Haarlem, which can be reached within 10 minutes by train. Within 20 minutes you can reach Schiphol and Zandvoort by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. For the children, there is a petting zoo and a large playground within walking distance. The Style Outlet Amsterdam, the shopping center, restaurants and the bakery are within walking distance. Free parking is available at the cottage, and there is a charger for an electric car within 30 meters. Layout: Ground floor: *A cozy living room with a sofa that can be made into a double sofa bed, dining area and 75-inch flat screen. Netflix and Videoland available. Free WiFi. *Modern kitchen with built-in combi microwave, dishwasher and electric stove. L'Or coffee machine, kettle and toaster. *Toilet with hand basin *Bedroom with 2 x single box springs, shower cabin, bathroom furniture, infrared heating and closet. Via a fixed, closed staircase, you reach the 1st floor: *A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed of 180x200 with 2 single duvets, clothes rack, closet. *Modern bathroom with toilet, sink, walk-in shower and washing machine. * For occupancy of 1 to 2 people, 1 sleeping area will be closed. Around the cottage is a cozy, enclosed garden, equipped with a new veranda, so that you can also sit outside in less weather. There is also a garden table with chairs and a seating area. There are 4 bicycles available free of charge to explore the area. Upon arrival, there will be (baked) rolls and toppings ready for the guests. Unlimited coffee and tea are also provided. Guest access The cottage is accessible by means of a personal door code that is sent. The cottage also has its own entrance. Other things to note **Prices include tourist tax.** Parkzicht Zwanenburg is close to Schiphol. At certain times/days there will be planes over. On the one hand, unique to be able to see these planes so close up, on the other hand, it can cause some noise nuisance. Our cottage has been recently renovated and insulated; the noise pollution has been significantly reduced. They are only short periods per day and you will see the most beautiful planes flying over!
