In the 8th floor apartment, a spacious living room awaits, and a separate bedroom provides a relaxing rest. It is an ideal base for exploring the city, but it also provides a quiet environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, whether it is a short business trip or a romantic weekend. The neighborhood is easily accessible by public transport and the price includes a covered parking lot for one car The space The accommodation is perfectly optimal for 2 people (a couple). The bed in the bedroom is truly royal. (180*200cm) If three people arrive, we will provide an extra bed of 90*200cm. We can arrange this in advance in the bedroom (families with children usually prefer this) or in the living room. For guests sleeping separately: One guest can sleep in the bedroom on the king-size bed, and for the other guest I will prepare an extra bed of 90×200 cm in the living room. Guest access Parking: Many people ask, so we're trying to describe it in as many places as possible on the surface. Our guests arriving by car can park with us for free in the underground garage. This is a really big advantage, as street parking in Budapest is not only expensive, but it's often hard to find a suitable place. In our garage, you can leave your car safely and comfortably to enjoy the city's experience carefree. Lot 18 is ours, on level -1. Welcome Drink: In the kitchen and refrigerator you will find many free to eat items that we are happy to provide for you to make your stay here even more comfortable. However, please only consume what you really need and what's nice. What you don't use is leave for the next guests so they can enjoy these amenities as well. Thank you so much for your cooperation and for treating shared resources with respect! Iron: You will find a modern steamer iron on the stand in the bedroom. There is also a hair dryer in the same place. Chess sign: You can find it under the TV! Other things to note Darkening in the rooms: Both rooms can be completely darkened with the help of remote-controlled shutters. You'll find the remote control for the shutter next to the TV.
