JFK airport 14 miles, Laguardia Aiport 16 miles.Centrally located between NYC and the famous and fun Hamptons. Be in New York City in 50 min... (8 min ride to the train by car). 55 min to the Hamptons and the Winerys. Jones Beach 15 min. Malls/restaurants all near. 7 min ride to Nassau Medical Center . Jones Beach theater,Westbury Theater and Nassau Coliseum all less than 15 min! 10 min from Bethpage golf Black Course Private bedroom and a sometimes shared bathroom upstairs. There is a full bath upstairs by both guest bedrooms. If there is no other guest at the time you will have the bathroom to yourself. There is also a half bath down the stairs that I designate for guest use so there is never a wait for the bathroom! I have my own bathroom in my bedroom. Mattress,bedding,carpet all brand new! Separate heat and AC upstairs to control your temp. My bedroom is on the first floor, so you have lots of privacy. Because of the stairs and bedding we are not suitable for infants and toddlers but would consider an older child. This can be discussed via email/text. MUST contact me FIRST before booking if you have a child to discuss concerns. Upstairs you will have your own private bedroom. The bedroom has a comfortable,new queen bed. There is a tv with Netflix,Hulu ,bistro table and chairs for your morning coffee. Coffee are in the hallway with a keurig and mini fridge with waters..snacks I do live full time in my home and also work from home so I am readily available for any questions or suggestions for things to do/visit. I respect your privacy after you return at night. My neighborhood is in a residential area so it is quiet and traffic free but within 1 mile from Restaurants,stores,mass transit etc. Best of both worlds Train stations are an 8 min ride. (2 in opposite directions of me for flexible times,both go to NYC ) less than 1 mile away(easy walk )are buses going to malls,beaches and the Hamptons. Many cabs and UBERS around I want to be the kind of host that will be there if you need anything but to also respect your privacy. I will not be upstairs ever while you are a guest here except to maybe refill waters or snacks, and on occasion use the washing machine which I would inform you of .
