Once booking is confirmed, guests are required to send their valid IDs for proper endorsement to admin and concierge prior to the date of arrival. 2. No requirements, no approval of Guest QR Code 3. Upon check-in bring your valid IDs in exchange of your Visitor Pass/Card 4. Upon check in we will collect a security deposit amounting PHP 1,000 which will be refunded upon checkout and clearance of the cleaner. 5. Swimming pool is closed every Tuesday for disinfection & cleaning. 6. No smoking, a penalty will be incurred for violators. 7. Handle all our towels & linens with care. Please note that quantity of towels and bed linens will be provided based on the guest headcount in your booking. Additional and replacement to which comes with a laundry fee. 8. To maintain cleanliness of the unit, we recommend cleaning service for long term (up to 4 nights) guests for a fee of Php 700/night. 9. Please check our amenity lists for the available things to use inside our place, if not in the list, message us and we'll do our best to provide you what you need but please, manage your expectations. 10. We hire professional cleaners to service the unit for our guests. 12. We can accommodate up to 4 guests who can sleep comfortably in our Double bed, and pull-out bed. A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF FOUR (4) GUESTS ONLY AS PER ADMINISTRATION. HOWEVER, IF YOU EXCEED TO THE ALLOWED GUEST PER BOOKING, YOU ARE OBLIGED TO PAY THE PENALTY 10,000PHP.
