It will be required to go to the Property Management Office located in Tower B (you can ask reception or security help tell you how to get there), to make payment and get a swimming pool stub to be permitted to use the swimming pool. For guests, only 2 vouchers can be purchased/used per day. Self check-in but we do need admin approval so please book ahead (at least 1 business day before stay). ••• PARKING ••• -PAY Parking inside in the second floor and ground floor of SM Jazz - Parking Fee: Php 60 for the first two hours and Php 20 for the following hours. 300 overnight fee *** We cannot accept sudden on the spot extra visitors as admin takes time to approve. More than 2 visitor permits for the duration of your stay will incur a fee as the admin charges. Please plan your visits ahead. If not, then you may hang out by the restos around the building . Other things to note Building security is fairly strict, so we'll need to pre-register you before arrival. ✅ PS. Strictly registered guests only. IMPORTANT: NO ID, NO ENTRY. Outsiders are prohibited. We will ask for a copy of your passport (foreigners) or government-issued ID (local guests). -Additional housekeeping service is available upon request for a fee of Php 550. Please schedule at least a day ahead. ****GARBAGE DISPOSAL*** - Collection takes place thrice a day ( 9-10 am / 2-3pm/ 8-9pm) - you will hear them ring a bell as a sign of collecting your trash. - Kindly leave the trash outside your door ONCE you hear them ring. - Do not leave trash before or after garbage collection as you will be penalized for improper garbage disposal this will be charged to you. ••• SECURITY ••• CCTV cameras are monitoring just outside all apartment units and throughout the complex, and we have security guards on watch 24/7 just for your peace of mind.
