The space We redesigned this entire lower-level apartment (roughly 600sqft) of our craftsman-style home with our guests’ comfort in mind. This nest comes fully furnished with a queen bed, living and dining area, private bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, and access to our shared home gym, laundry, and upper deck and patio areas. Guest access You will have access to the entire private apartment, as well as some shared spaces. It's important to respect your upstairs neighbors by sharing the space and only using the gym for noisy activities at reasonable times (10am - 6pm).
