Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Main Level: Two king suites, each with a private en-suite bath, Smart TV, closet, and balcony access. • Basement: One queen suite with two queen beds and an en-suite bath. • Additional Sleeping: Luxury Serta queen sofa bed in the game room, with a nearby half bath for convenience. Every bedroom is designed with comfort and privacy in mind, featuring plush bedding and ample storage. House Rules • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM • No pets • No smoking (property has smoke detectors that alert owners to smoking activity) • Violations may result in fines or removal from the property Booking Policies We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as weather or travel delays. Refunds cannot be issued outside the standard cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Guest access Guests have access to the full property, indoor pool, and hot tub. There is a unique check-in combination code for every guest that will be sent to you the morning of check-in. PARKING There is space for three vehicles to park in our driveway. We do not encourage parking on the street and are not responsible for damage to vehicles. WINTER WEATHER & ACCESS While severe weather and ice is not common, during winter storm conditions 4WD and/or snow chains may be necessary to access the property. All roads leading to the property and the driveway are paved but roads may become icy. The driveway is flat and level with the property. PLEASE purchase trip insurance during winter months when this weather is possible to ensure you are protected in the event. Other things to note When this cabin isn't being used by our guests, we often use it with our own family. You will find a playpen, kid-friendly plates, cups, and silverware. This cabin has everything you could think of, making it the perfect home away from home!
