The lower floor has access to the swimming pool, a game area, pool table, ping-pong table, indoor barbecue, steam sauna for up to 8 people, shower, toilet and rest area. We also have a kids area that has a playhouse, wooden playground with stairs, fixed bridge and slide, seesaw, trampoline and open ground to park several cars. On the lower floor we have 2 swimming pools, one with a whirlpool and the other with a shallow and deep part. We have an umbrella and 4 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a trellis with a barbecue, pizza oven, wood stove, tables with chairs and a refrigerator. The internal bathrooms on the upper floor have hot water from an electric boiler, the external one has an electric shower and the one on the lower floor heats up when the sauna is lit.
