Walk out the door and in 20 steps touch the sand, feel the ocean breeze, and see the crystal clear blue water. With ample beds and a spacious living area, this is great for families, multiple families, or a friend group. Easily access snorkeling, sunsets, bonfires, beach walks, and more. Close to Jobos Beach, Crash Boat, BQN airport, and many other places and sites. The space Unit 1: You walk into the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The doors off the kitchen lead to the private deck with beautiful ocean views. To the left is the dining table and family room with TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the left side of the family room. One room has a queen-sized bed, and the other room has a full bed and a twin bed. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill between the two bedrooms. From the kitchen, there is a hallway that leads to the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One room has a queen-size bed and the other has a full bed and twin bed. Both rooms have large closets with lots of storage space. Beach chairs and toys can be found in bedroom closets. Beach towels are located in the basket by the front door. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths can be found in the cabinet in the hallway. Unit 2: Walk in the front door to the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchenette has a countertop stovetop, air fryer/oven combination, microwave, and coffee maker for all of your cooking needs! Down the hall, you will see the small desk area to use as your office away from home. At the end of the hallway is the full bathroom. You can find some basic toiletries on the shelves in the hallway and in the shower. Off the right of the hallway are the two bedrooms. The first room has a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and a large closet. The second room has a twin-sized bed and a place to hang clothes. Beach towels can be found on shelves in the hallway. Beach chairs can be found in the hallway beside the couch. Bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and some toiletry essentials can be found on the shelf unit in the hallway. Unit 3: Walk into the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. Off the left side of the kitchen, you will find the bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with shelving to hold all your personal items. The large bathroom is a jack-and-jill in between the two bedrooms and has ample storage space. Off the back of the kitchen, you will find the queen bedroom and a nice-sized closet. Beach towels can be found in the basket by the front door. Beach chairs can be found in the bedroom closet. Bath towels can be found on the bathroom shelves. Washcloths, hand towels, and some toiletry essentials can be found in the bathroom. **Please use the hose located on the bottom patio to rinse all sand off (people and items). **Please DO NOT take utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc, and bring them to other units. Each unit has its own set of items. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Top unit with balcony, bottom unit with porch, and the backyard. Other things to note We are located in Isabela, Puerto Rico on the beach. Small-town beach vibes, with a big focus on family and community. Slower-paced, easy living with lots of surfing, snorkeling, sunbathing, and swimming. There are lots of local shops and restaurants that offer a variety of types of cuisine. It is best to get around by car since there are no sidewalks. Some people do walk to some nearby restaurants or shops, but I recommend having a car. There is ample street parking and/or parking lots, and there are paid parking lots near some beaches. Puerto Rico is an amazing island to explore many towns and natural environments.
