There is a smart TV in each bedroom. The great room has vaulted 20-foot ceilings, with cozy furnishings. There is a large 85-inch TV for relaxing and watching your favorite team on game day, show or movie! This newly renovated home features fresh paint and furnishings and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. A gourmet kitchen with quartzite countertops and new cabinets and appliances. Center island has additional seating for two more people. There is a large dining room with seating for six people. This home has a spacious corner lot with a fenced backyard.
