Individual chalet on Gruissan beach, close to shops. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. 1st floor: - Kitchen semi-open to the living area (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee machine & filter, toaster, fridge & freezer) - Large living room (table for 4 to 6 people, sofa & armchairs) - Separate toilet Ground floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 80 cm pull-out beds - 1 bathroom + toilet + washing machine The space Enjoy a beautiful living room bathed in light by its east-west exposure and peaceful Beach House-style decor. 📣 Beware of doorways on the ground floor reduced to 1.75 m. Ground floor ceiling height: 2 m. The rooms are also small, especially the "kid's" room which is very narrow. We have a co-sleeping bed available if needed. An outdoor terrace on the ground floor will offer you a barbecue and water tap. (Wood is your responsibility, shops are stocked) A play area is set up in the living room for your children.
