The space Parking is included in your rate but limited to 2 spots and you must use the parking passes provided in unit upon arrival. Shoalwater 1004 features lovely décor, comfortable furnishings, tile flooring in the common area and carpet in the bedrooms. The balcony features amazing beach views and table with chairs for dining and lounging. The open living area includes comfy seating for 6 with a 55’ smart-TV. The dining table seats 6 plus seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen includes granite counters, stainless appliances, & custom cabinets. The primary bedroom features a king mattress, balcony access, and a private bath. With a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom, queen bed and twin bunks in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living area, Shoalwater 1004 can accommodate up to 11 guests. Each bedroom has a TV. This 1,200 Sq. Ft condo has a full-size washer & dryer and Wi-Fi. You'll find all the comforts of home in this cozy 3 bed, 2 bath vacation rental! Seated directly on the gulf, with a large private balcony overlooking the shimmering emerald waters and sugar sands, it will be a breeze to make life long memories when you choose Shoalwater 1004 for your home away from home! Guest access You have access to all amenties and the beach. Located on the beach is Alabama Beach Chairs where you can rent chairs and an umbrella if you choose. To reserve you can find them online or approach a beach attendant upon arrival to the beach. They are set up March-October. You may also bring your own chairs and umbrellas. Please be aware that if you bring a tent, it must be set up behind the white flags located on the beach. You will be given a door code prior to check in. Other things to note WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of dish washing detergent, one kitchen towel, two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel-sized shampoo, body wash, and bar soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
