Free housekeeping for stays over 4 nights with 1-day notice. The space The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a café in a quiet central alley of District 1, offering both convenience and privacy. After 10:00 PM, please park in the villa’s yard for security. 🚗 Paid car parking is available approximately 300 meters from the property. 🧳 Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out for your convenience. Other things to note 1️⃣ Security cameras are installed in the outdoor garden area for safety purposes. 2️⃣ The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a villa and is accessible via a spiral staircase (the ground floor is Bean There Café). Please consider this if you are traveling with large or heavy luggage. 3️⃣ Cars can only park at the entrance of the alley. From there, guests need to walk approximately 50 meters to reach the house. Paid car parking is available about 300 meters away. 4️⃣ Check-in: Official check-in time is after 2:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on availability. Please inform us in advance. 5️⃣ Check-out: Official check-out time is no later than 11:30 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. 6️⃣ Guests are required to provide personal identification documents upon check-in, in accordance with local regulations. 7️⃣ Motorbike parking is available. Please park at the café’s parking area; after 10:00 PM, kindly park inside the villa’s courtyard. Car parking is 300m from the house and needs to pay fee. 8️⃣ For security reasons, please close the main gate when returning home at night. 9️⃣The alcohol displayed at the counter is for decoration purposes only.
