HOUSE RULES: * Must be 25 or older to rent this property.  * No pets allowed. * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. * No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.  * Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security. Other things to note House Rules: ● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members. Rental agreement must be signed. ● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. ● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone. ● No smoking. No parties. ● Note: Parking is Paid On-Site on Day of Check-in. Parking is NOT included in the reservation. Guests need to be prepared to pay on day of arrival. PARKING DETAILS: Only 2 parking spots are provided. The on-site HOA requires guests to register and pay for parking on day of arrival. Sometimes guests are allowed a 3rd vehicle, It depends on how full the parking garage is during your stay. (You will find that most condo complexes down here on the Alabama beaches only allow for 2 spots per condo.)
