Small house close to Gothenburg & nature

Newly built (2023) "Attefallshus" (36m2) with two floors close to nature and forest. The house is located 20 minutes by car from Gothenburg city center. The house is fully equipped with bathroom (including washing machine) and kitchen. On the second floor there is a 120cm bed and a sofa that can be turned into a 140cm bed. High-speed WiFi is included. The accommodation is not suited for more than three adults. There is free parking outside the house and there is room for at least two cars. The space Newly built terrace, see photos. On the second floor there is in additions to the bed and bed-sofa also a TV (with ChromeCast), a desk, a desk of drawers. The ceiling height on the second floor is 185cm. The accommodation is not suited for more than three adults, but there is room for a family with for example two adults and two children. Please note however that the house is not secured for smaller children. There is for example no baby gate as protection for the stairs, and there is no specific baby chair. The kitchen table can be extended so that it is possible to sit four persons around the table. Sheets for both beds and towels are provided and is included in the price. Cleaning is also included in the price. Guest access You have access to the complete (small) house. It has its own driveway and a separate parking. There is room for at least two cars. The parking is included and no booking is required. Other things to note The house is located 20 minutes by car from Gothenburg city center. The bus X3 is a short walk (10 minutes) away and it leaves at least twice every hour. The nearest bathing lake is 1 km away, and there good possibilities for walks in the forest. Lerjedalens golf course is about 3km away. Vättlefjäll nature reserve with good fishing lakes is close by.
