Both the hours and its rules can be found at the pool gate. - If you use the Wi-Fi, please note that you are solely responsible for any activity during your stay in the apartment. - Trash must be deposited in the containers located outside the building and under no circumstances in the common areas. For reasons of hygiene and decorum, no personal items should be left in these areas, which are for community use. - Guests will have to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans, and electronic appliances when they are not needed to save energy. You are not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the apartment. - Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to make sure windows and doors are securely closed to ensure safety. - The renter will be responsible for any damage or malfunction caused in the property, as well as in the common areas of the property, whether caused by him or by the people who live with him. - The tenant agrees to return the property and its appurtenances at the end of the stay in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
