Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. We will do our best to make sure you have a pleasant experience in our forest house! Warm welcome! The house is close to nature and the sea. Saxtorpsskogen nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is a few kilometers away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming facilities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona. The space Scandinavian decor, bright and open plan with a fireplace. Towels and bed linen are included and available at the respective beds. At check-out, you clean the used surfaces of the house yourself. Remove garbage, vacuum, dry floors, wash dishes and put back in the intended place. Used bed linens and towels are placed in and on top of the laundry basket in the bathroom. Cleaning equipment is in the kitchen. If you want us to provide the cleaning, this will cost an extra SEK 1,600. Please let us know about this at the time of booking. On our lovely forest plot, deer, squirrels, elk, woodpeckers and others pass by. Guest access The entire house is only available for paying guests, including the property. We do not allow other sleeping guests. We do not rent out for celebrations or parties. Only for relaxing and enjoying nature. In a separate annex/house on the property, there is a laundry room and garage. In case of urgent and occasional needs, the laundry room can be used by agreement beforehand! (only if the accident has happened!). In the garage, the following can be borrowed: fireplace grates, high chair, garden cushions, charcoal and lighter fluid. Other things to note Lovely forest environment, quiet area. You sleep well in this house. After 10 pm, you must be considerate of neighbors in the area, which means that you must not play loud music or otherwise disturb the neighborhood.
