The main level also features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath with a double vanity, and a second queen bedroom. Descend to the lower level, where a spacious family room awaits, complete with a two-person infrared sauna and a TV area with gaming tables. Enjoy direct access to the outdoors via a walk-out patio featuring an in-ground hot tub and a cold plunge tank. Pet Policy Rules Pet Approval: Only pre-approved pets are allowed under 30lbs. Please specify the type, breed, and size of your pet in your reservation. Pet Cleaning Fee: An extra cleaning fee of $65 is required. Number of Pets: A Maximum of 1 pet per stay. Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, and owners are responsible for any damage, disturbances, or injuries caused by their pets. Furniture & Premises: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet bedding. Leash & Restraint: Pets must be leashed or restrained when outside the property, including in shared areas. Waste Disposal: Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly. Noise Control: Please keep pets quiet to avoid disturbing neighbors. Health & Safety: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from fleas or parasites.
