The space The main upper Tree House is where you will find the VERY STYLISH cozy living room with a full loft bed, two smart TVs, a full living room with a hidden fridge, tiny sink, sofa, hanging swing chair and tiny wood-burning stove. BELOW is an additional “Private Green Room” open-air lounge that is exclusive to only Tree House guests that is ALSO highly stylized with luxurious natural finishes plus another sofa and two swing chairs! The main property also boasts several other lavish and unique common areas which include a full patio with a koi pond, firepit, coffee/tea bar, more hanging swing chairs, full outdoor dining set up with grills and outdoor kitchen. This area is available to all guests along with yet another side patio that offers two rocking chairs plus another unique fire table . With nature and lounging as the main theme, you will forget that you are steps from one of the coolest cities in the entire USA. Guest access Guests of the tree house have full private exclusive access to both upper and lower tree house areas plus further access to other unique property common areas during their stay. Other things to note This is a VERY UNIQUE and MAGICAL space, but please note that to climb up to access the tree house does require some amount of physical effort and dexterity. Although drinking is permitted, it is only permitted responsibly. The tree house is equipped with handrails and sturdy ladders, however, anyone with physical impairments, mobility issues or having a sensitivity to heights SHOULD NOT book this tree house.
