The space Beautiful full private Apt in the middle of south beach we request pic ID from Each guest to process the check in prior u arrival date by airbnb chat … in this apt : … no smocking please, have two entrances , main” and service” for easy check in I will give u the side”service entrance , the address I provide for uber or to arrive its the right main entrance , but I will send details by writing and by pictures about the service entrance , easy to found on the map too . The apt it’s not new””” construction , but as it is on the pic we try to keep it super clean and we want guest to be clean too with everything inside …. Miami Beach in general may be little noice because the area and the city close to beach areas …. Welcome to miami””” Guest access U can enjoy the full apt areas … u can use anything inside the apt , just leave it as u found it when u leave the apt ….no smocking please to access to the apt i will give u the main entrance , easy to found in google map or to be use in uber , but I will add for easier check in with the side service entrance door details plus pictures …… Other things to note PLEASE THIS APT DOESNT FIT FOR ANY TYPE OF RECOVERY AFTER ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL SURGERY …. We prefer to keep this unit only for relaxing vacation - Comfy full apt to enjoy in the middle of south beach ,four blocks away to the beaches , close to Lincoln mall …. Ocean drive …. We have quiet apt , and we want to keep it quiet , no party’s no smock inside apt , no loud music or tv , no pets , owner live on the building and we don’t want to disturb neighbors, we want the apt back clean as we give to u at the check in time , louse damage missing item will Be charge extra to replace it , by Airbnb chat or any other chat…. We want to be sure about the guests who are doing the bookings are the ones who arrive ….. we can be in touch for any question u have …..please be sure to add each of the guests when u book this place , we don’t want people with out the right registration . No smocking please Please don’t louse the keys , will be $20 dollar per each set to be replaced , Please don’t wash carpets , towels , robes or sheets , will be $20 to replace each piece in case get damage , we change them each 7 days , if u want them to be replace before the 7days will be $10 charge per item ….. please request replacement with time in advance .
