This bright second-floor retreat features luxe bedding, blackout shades, and a fully equipped Bosch kitchen. Guests love the peaceful setting just 1.5 miles from downtown and 15 minutes to the beach. With fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and refined touches throughout, it’s a welcoming base for your St. Pete stay. The space This charming 525-square-foot studio apartment is perched above our garage in the quiet Euclid St. Paul's neighborhood . Inside, you’ll find luxe touches like Cozy Earth and Coyuchi bedding, Four Seasons & Casper pillows, and a truly comfortable American Leather sleeper sofa. A plush queen bed and a smart TV create the perfect setup for relaxing evenings in. The full kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, an induction stove, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, dishware, utensils, wine glasses. An LG washer and dryer are included in the unit. Blackout shades ensure restful sleep, while a kitchen island with two counter stools offers a perfect spot for dining or working. For remote work, the studio includes high-speed internet, a dedicated desk with a large monitor, dock, keyboard, mouse, and webcam available on request. Families will find a Pack ‘n Play, sheets, toys, books and a baby gate available. This space is designed to feel peaceful, blending modern amenities with a cozy, welcoming vibe so you can settle in with ease. Guest access Guests have a private second-floor unit with secure keypad entry and a dedicated parking spot just steps from the door. A locked gate separates the studio from the backyard. The first-floor garage has its own entrance and is not part of the rental. Other things to note We do not charge a separate cleaning fee. The nightly rate is the full price with no hidden extras. Many Airbnbs add a large cleaning fee on top of the stay. We have chosen not to. As frequent travelers ourselves, we know how much guests appreciate simple and transparent pricing. And since this is Florida, we will mention the obvious: there are bugs here and they'd all love to move in with all of us. We have professional pest control, which means you might occasionally spot a dead bug. That is actually the treatment doing its job.
