The space The apartment is located in a small 24-unit compound within a large gated community in the middle of rain forest. The compound has its own infinity pool, common open work or rest areas and private gated steps down to Playa Blanca. Additionally, guests can buy daily access to Punta Leona Club, which has pools for adults and children, pool activities, restaurants, cocktail bars with dancing evenings, tennis courts, a butterfly farm and bird-watching walks. Safety is guaranteed as guests have to get past 3 barriers to reach the compound. The compound reception is open 24/7. Playa Blanca is the only white sand beach on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The beach is environmentally certified, is totally safe to swim or snorkel in and has lifeguards.
