Please note: There’s construction next door from 8 AM–6 PM, Monday–Saturday. Indoors it’s barely noticeable, while outdoors you might hear some light, occasional noise. It is common at times for the electricity and phone service to go out for periods of time. Typically it returns quickly or within a few hours. When there is rain, sand streets can get flooded and require walking on higher land or along the beach for an easier and prettier path to town.
