Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, plus a sofa bed in the living area, give you room for a group or family without anyone sleeping on top of each other. Two full bathrooms with reliable hot water mean no waiting your turn in the morning. The kitchen is a real kitchen — a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, with enough space and equipment to cook a full meal rather than just reheat one. Coffee, tea, and purified water are stocked and included. The balcony is private, set on the second floor overlooking the courtyard garden below — a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Sea views are visible from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom, though not from the balcony itself or the second bedroom. The living room offers a sofa bed, for additional sleeping space, a Smart TV and air conditioning. Starlink Wi-Fi covers the unit for remote work or streaming. Each bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom has a smart TV and attached bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. Like every casita at Valentina Holbox, this one sits on a property built with the island's landscape in mind — native mangroves preserved, a rainwater collection system in place, and a shared garden with hammocks below. Important note on the neighborhood: construction on a nearby property runs Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We've installed sound-insulating windows, though some noise is still audible outdoors and occasionally inside. Our rates reflect this. Guest access Your casita is private, just for you and your guests. You'll also have access to our shared garden with hammocks and shade, through a coded entrance to the compound. After rain, sandy streets may flood — walking along the beach is usually the easier, prettier route into town.
